All items are shipped via USPS First Class.  Priority Shipping is available within the United States by purchasing the shipping upgrade.  Porch pick up is available in Leander, TX for those who are local to me.

For U.S. customers, items will ship within 24-48 hours of purchase except during holidays and weekends; however, if any issue arises, I will try to notify you as soon as possible.  Please refer to listings as there are certain items that are not ready to ship and approximate time frames for these pieces have been provided.

International purchases are shipped via USPS First Class and may take longer to ship as well as longer to receive.  It is the buyer's responsibility to pay any duty or custom fees, if any.  If you would prefer to have your item shipped priority or by another carrier, please contact me for a price quote.  International customers may choose to purchase insurance.  Once the item leaves my hands, I cannot be responsible for delivery as it is out of my control.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  No returns or exchanges will be given.

Returns for damaged or incorrect items must be received by Wonderment Jewelry within 14 days of receipt by the buyer to qualify for refund or credit toward future purchase.  If you have any issue, please contact me immediately upon receipt so we can work out the details.

Each piece is individually handcrafted.  No two pieces will be exactly alike and each will have its own characteristic beauty marks.  Beauty is expected, perfection is not.

Wonderment Jewelry is made with the expectation that it will hold up to normal wear and some gentle tugging and pulling.  With that being said, nothing is indestructible.  Normal wear does not include pulling at it with great force and you should not expect your jewelry to bear weight.  With proper care, your Wonderment jewelry will last for many decades.

I am not a professional jeweler and have never pretended to be.  I am completely self-taught and only took up this hobby when my youngest was a baby (2015).  When you receive your Wonderment pieces, you might find that they have marks left from pliers bending them into shape or slight irregularities.  I prefer to keep these marks because I love the handmade feel that they indicate.

I am not taking customs at this time, except partial customs listed for sale on the website.  I do welcome customers to e-mail me with custom ideas, but I appreciate the understanding that I have a full-time job outside of Wonderment Jewelry and I am not always available for quick turnarounds on custom requests.

Any questions or comments, please feel free to contact me.  Thank you for visiting my website.
